About the association
History
Beneficial Homeowners Association was first formed in 1985. The association manages the first homes built in the Lakeland Hills neighborhood, and its membership consists of 94 homes.
Beneficial Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting its members. We seek to help our community thrive, and to promote and protect the natural splendor our neighborhood is built around. Above all, our intent is to bridge gaps between neighbors and foster a feeling of community.
Mission
Our mission is to maintain the rules and standards set forth in our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), which keep our neighborhood looking clean and in good repair, and which protect our property values.
Dues
Annual membership dues are $100 per home. Dues fund the day-to-day operation of the association, maintenance of common areas, insurance, and the legal and administrative costs of running a small non-profit.
See the FAQ for more on what assessments cover and how the association is organized.
